"Eat Well Seated" is a restaurant guide - published in two versions, Spanish and English - made with the idea of pairing gastronomy with good design. It is a unique publication that besides being useful as a guide, incorporates reviews of 25 restaurants from around the world and tries to reflect on the importance of design in restaurant spaces, with interviews with Michelin-starred chefs such as Albert Raurich, Eneko Atxa, the Torres brothers, Paco Pérez and Bernd H. Knöller. Its pages invite you into a culinary and creative journey around the world through cities such as Berlin, Singapore, London, Madrid, Paris, New York and Brisbane. Very different places that have something in common: in all of them you can eat well while sitting on a Spanish-made chair. It has been written by Álvaro Castro, food and lifestyle journalist.

"Chairs, History of the Chair" is a book about the history of the author's chair and that throughout 16 chapters, walks us through the chairs of the industrial age such as the famous chairs in Thonet series, manifesto chairs like those of Gerrit Th. Rietveld or Mies van der Rohe, or the chairs of post-modern technology and formalist ostentation, with their own names like those of Frank O. Gehry, Philippe Starck or Jasper Morrison. The Chairs book is a collaborative project promoted by Andreu World and published in Spain by Gustavo Gili publishing house. Its author is the journalist and historian Anatxu Zabalbeascoa.

The CEO and founder of the Red Dot Award, Peter Zec, comments: "I am delighted that companies around the world have utilized the Red Dot Award: Communication Design as an evaluation platform. I congratulate the Red Dot winners for the high quality of their work. The award testifies to the fact that they are following the correct design strategy”.

Both projects were under the editorial direction of Ramón Úbeda with art&graphic design by Antonio Solaz.
