Nub featured on the cover of Interior & Sources Magazine

The prestigious American magazine Interiors & Sources has dedicated an extensive report to the Nub collection designed by Patricia Urquiola in their January issue. With more than 30,000 copies in print and a guided orientation to publicize the interior design and the highest design level. This magazine is one of the most referenced  within the American professional public.

In their first issue of the year, Interior & Sources has elected the cover to be the Nub collection, which has two pieces of black and white, creates a game of contrast that permits us to see the details of the design.

In the interior, the magazine includes an extensive report about the Nub collection, that high lights the quality of the esthetic design level and its comfort, in how the use of the wood as a material transmitter of warmth. Similarly, the report narrates the inspiration of design from the designers childhood, when she would play with the bobbins of wool from her grandmother in Oviedo (Spain), doing and undoing the knots that were forming this textile and that Patricia Urquiola utilized in this project in order to give form to the seats that characterize the rhythm that imprints the cylindrical rods for their support.  

Lastly, the article makes mention of the close collaboration between Andreu World and the Spanish designer settled in Milan, which has resulted in this attractive line of chairs and lounge chairs with a natural wood structure that offers multiple combinations of color structures and upholsteries.
