The Design Contest, in the pages of Le Monde

The winning projects of the 11th edition of the Andreu World International Design Contest are enjoying positive coverage in the international press.

The latest example is the recent mention in the prestigious French newspaper “Le Monde”. The Parisian publication highlighted 2011's projects, two "ex equo” awards, “Twin Chair” by Edward Kaiser (Germany) and “Capas” by Sébastien Cordoleani (Spain), and the honorable mention awarded to Christina Perdikaki (Greece).

The newspaper, which was first published in 1944 and has more than 2 million daily readers distributed throughout 144 countries, also centered on the history of the company and that of its founder, Francisco Andreu, who for more than 50 years has been focused on the design of chairs and tables that combine quality and innovations with the best contemporary design.
