Last Monday, July 2nd Andreu World and Piergiorgio Cazzaniga attended the celebrated Designer’s Night Gala. More than 1,200 people gathered at the Red Dot Design Museum in Essen, Germany, to celebrate the receiving of the “Red Dot Award: Product Design.”
The Designer's Night event took place at the Red Dot Museum, which was designed by the architect Norman Foster in late 1990’s. Designers, creative and influential figures with international prestige gathered for this evening.
Andreu World was present and received the “Red Dot” 2012 award for best product design. Designer's Night also served as framework for the opening of the exhibition "Designers on Stage - Winners Red Dot Award: Product Design 2012/2013" which will present the winners through the 29th of July. Aside from enjoying the space, visitors can discover award-winning designs for this year, organized by category. Visitors will have an opportunity to discover our award winning Sail chair for Best Product Design.
